Saki Koulos (b. 1992) is a Belgian artist who lives and works in Berlin. He holds a Master of Visual Art from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels where he studied painting.

His works deal with experience, sexuality, and approaches to representation. As well as painting he works with poetry, drawing, collage, photography, sculpture and tattooing.

His practice begins with the playful manipulation and re-assembly of images and fragments of images—whether from porn magazines, the internet, or his own photographs documenting daily life. The work then evolves as iterative studies and art works, which, together, not only tell a story but also suggest different imaginative possibilities to the viewer. He sees his process as offering a kind of visual, poetic response: one that takes apart and deconstructs—pulling elements and ideas from their original context—in order to suggest new meanings and angles of approach.
